Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Syrenity Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours or for no-shows. Appointments may be rescheduled once with proper notice; additional changed requires a new deposit. Appointments may be rescheduled within one time with at least 24 hour notice. Any additional changes will require a new deposit. All appointments must be booked through the official booking site. Cancellations & No shows: - A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. -Same day, cancellation, late cancellations, or no-show/no-call appointments will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance. -Repeated last-minute changes or missed appointments may result in restricted or blocked future booking access. Tardy policy: - A 10 minute grace period is allowed. -After 10 minutes, the appointment may be shortened or canceled to stay on schedule. -If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled in the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds, corrections, and adjustments: - No refunds are issued wants a service has been performed. -If you experience an issue with your lash said within 48 hours, you must contact me directly for approval of a complimentary correction appointment. -Any concerns reported after 48 hours will require booking a paid fill in appointment. Fills, Retention & Full Sets: -Fill appointments are intended for maintenance within 2-3 weeks. Clients arriving with less than 50%v retention may be subject to an additional fee or require a full set. Additional Fees - Less than 50% retention : +$20 - Foreign Fills : $120 - Squeeze-in : $30 - After-hours : $50 -No-show : 100% of remaining balance All fees are non negotiable.
