Syrenity Esthetics — Business Policies
Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.
• Deposits go toward the total service price and are forfeited for late cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows.
• Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice — after that, a new deposit is required.
• All bookings must be made through the official booking site: Syrenity.online.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations or “no-call / no-show” appointments will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
• Consistent last-minute changes or missed appointments may result in being restricted from future bookings.

Tardy Policy
• A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be canceled or shortened to remain on schedule.
• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and deposit forfeited.

Refunds & Corrections
• No refunds are issued once a service has been performed.
• If you experience an issue with your set within 48 hours, contact me directly for a complimentary fix appointment (approval required).
• Beyond 48 hours, normal fill pricing applies.

Aftercare
• Arrive with clean lashes — no makeup, oils, or mascara.
• Avoid water, steam, sweat, and oils for 24 hours after your appointment.
• Clean lashes properly with an approved lash shampoo (available for purchase in-studio).
• Do not pick, pull, or rub your extensions.

Do not sleep on extensions to avoid any damage or irritation.

Fills & Retention
• Fills are required every 2–3 weeks for optimal fullness.
• Anything beyond 4 weeks or with less than 40% retention will be booked as a full set.
• Retention depends on aftercare, natural lash cycle, and lifestyle habits.

Retention Policy Enforcement:

First Occurrence : You will receive one courtesy warning and be charged 75% of the full set price.

Any Future Occurrences: You will be required to book a full set or maintain 2-3 week fill appointments moving forward.

Client Health & Safety
• Clients must arrive without eye makeup, contact lenses, or active eye infections.
• Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
• All tools and supplies are disinfected and sanitized between each client for safety.

Children & Guests
• For safety and focus, no extra guests or children are permitted in the service area.

Photos & Social Media
• By receiving a service, you grant permission for photos and videos of your lashes to be taken for marketing and social media use (unless requested otherwise).
Out-of-Hours & Weekend Fees
• Out-of-hours appointments during the week (outside normal business hours) are subject to a $30 convenience fee.
• Weekend appointments are subject to a $40 convenience fee.
• These fees are non-negotiable and help accommodate schedule adjustments outside standard operating hours.
Intake Forms & Consent
• All clients are required to fully complete and acknowledge all intake and consent paperwork prior to receiving any service.
• Services will not be performed without completed forms.
Submitting paperwork confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Syrenity Esthetics policies.
Artist Rights & Professional Discretion
• Syrenity Esthetics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at any time due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes made on my end will be handled professionally, respectfully, and with proper communication.
Right to Refuse Service
• Syrenity Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

◦ Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
◦ Repeatedly violates booking, cancellation, or aftercare requirements
